I’ve spent the past 10 years working inside organizations at pivotal moments - during rapid growth, structural change, and foundational build-out.
My career has consistently placed me where clarity and stability were needed most. I supported a full transition from law practice to wealth management firm, overhauling documentation and internal processes while serving as a client-facing leader through the shift.
I stepped into a manufacturing operation with no formal internal systems and built them from the ground up - procedures, compliance structures, and daily operational workflows - supporting executive leadership and a 50+ person team.
Most significantly, I spent 6.5 years growing alongside a technology company, progressing into Operations leadership and helping scale the organization from under $1M to approximately $4M–$5M in revenue during sustained 30–40% year-over-year growth. I led billing and revenue operations end-to end, built financial reporting and cash flow visibility for executive leadership, implemented audit controls that eliminated revenue leakage, and strengthened the operational structures that supported continued scale.
In parallel, I’ve helped growing businesses bring structure to documentation, policies, and digital processes - guiding teams through technology adoption in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
